Auto‑Renewable Subscription Service Agreement
- Service Description
1.1 This service provides auto‑renewable subscriptions. During an active
subscription period, you can access the membership features included in
your selected plan.
1.2 Available plans (default):
- Weekly Membership — $2.99/week (Product ID: zip_vip_week)
- Monthly Membership — $5.99/month (Product ID: zip_vip_month)
- Lifetime Access (one‑time purchase, non‑subscription) — $29.99 (Product ID:
zip_lifetime)
- Prices may vary by country/region and may change. The final price is shown
in the App Store purchase confirmation.
- Payment & Renewal
2.1 Payment will be charged to your iTunes/Apple ID account at confirmation
of purchase.
2.2 Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto‑renew is turned off at
least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
2.3 Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the
end of the current period. Renewal charges are based on your selected plan
and the price shown in App Store.
- Managing & Cancelling
3.1 You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in: Settings > Apple
ID > Subscriptions.
3.2 If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your
current billing period.
3.3 After the current period ends, access to subscription benefits will
stop.
- Price Changes
4.1 If subscription prices change, Apple may require your consent before
charging the new price.
4.2 Any approved price changes apply in the next billing cycle.
- Free Trial (If Offered)
5.1 If a free trial is available, it converts to a paid subscription
automatically at the end of the trial unless canceled before the trial
ends.
5.2 Any unused portion of a free trial period is forfeited when you
purchase a subscription.
- Refund Policy
6.1 Purchases and refunds are subject to Apple’s policies.
6.2 For refund requests, please contact Apple Support.
- Service Changes
7.1 We reserve the right to update, suspend, or terminate this service in
accordance with applicable laws.
7.2 We will provide notice where required.
