Overview

PillSentry is a local-only medication reminder and logging app. This version does not require an account, does not upload your data to our servers, and does not include cloud sync.

Data stored on your device

PillSentry stores the following information locally on your device to provide core functionality:

• Medication plans (name, schedule times, repeat settings, optional start/end date, lead time).
• Medication photos (optional images you attach to help identify similar-looking pills).
• Intake logs (whether a scheduled dose was marked as taken).
• App settings (such as whether reminders are enabled inside the app).

What we do not collect

• No account information.
• No location data.
• No health records sent to a server.
• No analytics or advertising identifiers.

Device permissions

• Notifications (optional): used to schedule local reminders on your device.
• Camera (optional): used only if you choose to take medication photos.
• Photos (optional): used only if you choose to select medication photos from your library.
